Cozium Studio ships orders within Australia only. All orders are dispatched via trusted third-party carriers.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed

 

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Carrier delays (e.g., Australia Post)

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak periods such as holidays and sales events

Cozium Studio is not responsible for such delays.

Tracking and Proof of Delivery
  • All orders include tracking information

  • Customers will receive tracking details once the order has been dispatched

 

A shipment marked as “delivered” by the carrier is considered proof of successful delivery.

Risk and Responsibility
  • Risk in the goods transfers to the customer once the order has been dispatched

 

Cozium Studio is not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen parcels after delivery

  • Delivery to incorrect or insecure locations provided by the customer

Authority to Leave (ATL)
  • Delivery may be completed by the carrier using Authority to Leave (ATL), depending on their policies and the delivery conditions.

 

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • The carrier may leave the parcel in a safe place if no one is available

  • Cozium Studio is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery has been completed

Lost or Missing Parcels
  • If your parcel is missing:

  • You must contact us within a reasonable timeframe

  • We will assist in initiating an investigation with the shipping carrier

 

A replacement will only be provided if:

  • The carrier confirms the parcel is lost

  • We do not issue replacements or refunds for parcels that are marked as delivered but reported missing.

Incorrect Address
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

 

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • No refund will be issued

  • A replacement order must be placed at full cost

 

Cosium Studio is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Failed Delivery and Returned Parcels

If a parcel is:

  • Not collected

  • Refused

  • Returned due to failed delivery

 

The customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
