Risk in the goods transfers to the customer once the order has been dispatched
Cozium Studio is not liable for:

Lost or stolen parcels after delivery

Delivery to incorrect or insecure locations provided by the customer
Authority to Leave (ATL)

Delivery may be completed by the carrier using Authority to Leave (ATL), depending on their policies and the delivery conditions.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

The carrier may leave the parcel in a safe place if no one is available

Cozium Studio is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery has been completed
Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is missing:

You must contact us within a reasonable timeframe

We will assist in initiating an investigation with the shipping carrier
A replacement will only be provided if:

The carrier confirms the parcel is lost

We do not issue replacements or refunds for parcels that are marked as delivered but reported missing.
Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided:

No refund will be issued

A replacement order must be placed at full cost
Cosium Studio is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Failed Delivery and Returned Parcels
If a parcel is:

Refused

Returned due to failed delivery
The customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
